Refund policy

Because templates are digital downloads, we cannot accept returns, and purchases are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

That said, if something is wrong we make it right: a template link that does not open, a corrupted file, or a product that does not match its description gets fixed or refunded the same day. Contact support@vowandarch.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.

Missing downloads: check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend the link.
